Hodgson Planning Consultants was established in 2008. Our expertise and experience enables us to serve a wide variety of clients across all aspects of resource management, from resource consent applications to national policy processes.

At a regional level, our team have lived and worked in the Franklin area for a considerable number of years. This has allowed us to establish respected relationships within our community including Council employees, Community Groups, Iwi and Landowners. HPC has extensive experience in both policy and development control roles, regularly working with individuals, building companies and architects. We assist and navigate landowners and users in rural, residential and business zone situations through planning processes.

Nationally we provide policy advice for industry bodies and are involved in regional planning processes across the north and south island. This work gives us valuable insight and a good understanding of the impact national policy has on the ground. That awareness further enlightened by our experience working with both the public and private sector.
